Is sales tax charged on the items?

Sales Tax is charged on all orders shipped to New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  

 

Can items be returned for repair? 

If your piece has broken during normal useage within six (6) months, you may return it for repairs (return shipping not reimbursed). Please contact us first before returning your item. Additional charges may apply if components are damaged from misuse or improper shipping.

Items broken accidently or through misuse can still be returned for repair, however we will need to charge a minimal charge. Please contact us via email.

All repairs must preferably be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Please send all returns via insured United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS.  All components of the item should be shipped in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer to prevent further damage.

Do you make custom jewelry designs?

Yes we will make custom designs using Austrian Crystal Beads. We will work with you to design the jewelry, and then we will manufacture it. Currently we are not offering any customs designs of our silver jewelry.

 

Can I specify the length of the bracelets, necklaces and anklets?

Yes, most items already have a selection menu to select the size. If there are items which are standard sizes, please just request the different length or size. We will notify you either way whether we can or can't accomodate your request. Requests can be emailed to Alice@XaGeJa.com

 

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards as well as Paypal.

If you would like to pay by personal check or money order, please email us your order at Alice@xageja.com. However please note that your items will not be shipped until your check clears.
